Nesboune Issouf is still always smiling.  She is one of the six children in the school of Issouf Bazo.  He has been the guardien at the Tamesna clinic since its opening in 2009.  He is an indispensable member of our team and he is very happy to have a school nearby for his children.  We now call him the mayor of Tamesna. Her sister Tefest and brother Ahmed  are  the top of their class and have both skipped to sixth grade from fourth this year. The Issouf kids are outgoing and happy kids and all do well in school.  I think when they get their educations they will come back and run Tamesna.

Scroll down to watch her growing up…
