Doli

After a quick stop to treat a couple of kids in Agarigari for Shistosomiasis…
We stopped at the Tamesna clinic to drop off medicine newly purchased Agadez. The 614 patients treated had depleted our supply. We plan another round to visit the schools and need medicines and vitamins to take to them. Then we packed up our tents, our private army (7 soldiers) food, cook and headed for Doli. Hannah interviews the chief at Doli.

Bob and Margaret checking the kids at school.

We treated all the school kids with Mbendazole for worms. This is a widespread problem which saps the health of the children. We also provide vitiamins and medicine.

Alhassane, the teacher there asked for an advance of 4 months salary so he could get married to a local woman. We decided it would be a great way to insure his continuing his great work at the school and agreed.
