After several demonstrations, explanations and trials, each woman was required to go through the birth process as she understood it using all the techniques she had learned.

Fatima successfully completes her exam–I am only acting as the woman giving birth to push out the baby.
The next part of the exam was to go through her equipment bag and prove that she understood the use of all that was in it.
