With the arrival of the medical team we are heading out today to start the mission (that is if the bags and medicines that were supposed to arrive last night get in this morning). The solar students have been given an order for 10 trial panels which they are now working on by themselves. They have been working out their methods of fabrication to reduce breakage, improve aesthetics of the panels and eventually speed up production. They have been told that the 10 panels need to be done by Feb. 21 when we will return from the mission and go out to the garden to install them. It is time for the company, under Sidi’s management to start taking of on its own. We have many orders in the wings that we will not accept yet, until we are confident in their ability to produce an adequate product. We are pretty optimistic based on the progress so far.
