These students, who had never been to or even dreamed of going to school before are now thriving at the Tamesna school.   The top class skipped fourth grade and completed sixth and are now enrolled in junior high school–almost unheard of for a nomad.

These kids will one day be back to run Tamesna as teachers, health care workers, herders or whatever else they may choose and we want to encourage them all.  We hope you will want to get to know and help them through this exciting new adventure.

If you are interested in sponsoring one of these kids it only costs $300 per year to sponsor a child through grammar school.  This includes school supplies, teacher’s salary, food and lodging: three meals per day and health care at our Tamesna clinic.
